Hi,
I have an issue with phasing new construction work (screenshot attached).
This involved demolishing an existing narrow doorset & adding infill walls + a new double doorset (construction phase).
The new walls should have auto trimmed to the new double doorset but they have trimmed to the (now demolished) narrow door leaf.
Any guidance would be appreciated.
Thanks.
Revit automatically creates the infill walls, you don't need to model those. Sounds to me like you've placed the new door hosted on this infill wall you've created and that the cut opening in the door family only cuts this host wall. Actually I don't think that should happen if you did do that, just gave it a try that actually works fine.
PS. You forgot the screenshot...

First off... No attached images ![]()
Would be easier if you tell us more about the number of phases which you have and how you phased those elements
Also clarify what do you mean by "Adding new infill"??? what happened to the automatically generated infills by Revit when the old doorsets got demolished??
