Revit 2020 Materials browser does not open

I have a problem with Revit 2020 that when I go to draw a project and I want to modify the material, but when I go to click on "Manage" and then on "Materials" the material browser window does not open.

Although I have "Autodesk Material Library 2020" downloaded.

The screen zoom is already 100%.

I attach the image to better understand the problem.

I would "repair" the Revit install or reinstall it completely. This seems like some serious corruption.

I could see in the second image, that you are using some kind of application to share your desktop screen with another monitor or TV via wireless connection.
If my observation is correct, it may be that the material window is opening on the second display, even if it is not currently connected to the computer.

How do you see if I am using a second display? But I don't have a second monitor or tv via wireless connection.

I came to this observation when I believed that this icon next to the Revit icon in the taskbar, I used an app with a very similar icon to share my screen with a TV to present the proposals in meetings

At the beginning, when I passed the shared screen in meetings, I had problems very similar to what was reported by yours, when the screen sharing was disabled, some windows did not appear on the main screen because it still identified that the second monitor was connected.

Also note that if you do not have a video card with the minimum requirements required, you may experience problems like the one reported.

A good video card in your equipment is of great importance for a good performance of the tool.
