Was excited to see the Autodesk App Manager alerting me to the availability of Revit 2020. So I installed it.
When I try to launch the application, it crashes and gives me an option to submit the CER form only....no love for me from 2020 so far!
I guess I'll await a message from someone about the CER and hope for the best.

hello, you can check to your autodesk account. thanks
I don’t know what you mean by “check to my account”. I don’t see any messages about this crashing from anyone on my accounts.autodesk.com messages or in this one either, either public or private messages.
What or where are you asking me to check?
hello, my apology i thought you are waiting for the latest version. try to updates and see if helps. thanks
This seems very similar to an error I received on a different machine during the installation of 2019. When I try to launch Revit 2020 from the desktop icon I get an “...unrecoverable error has occurred....” message. I seem to remember back then I had to uninstall all the C++ framework and then delete some files in the Autodesk ProgramData folder. It worked, but honestly, for $355/month, you’d think this would just work right on the first try.
Guess I’l have to tinker for hours tomorrow trying to figure out how to get it to run....
I fixed my situation. I think what happened here is after I installed it and clicked the icon the first time, I clicked the "Sign In" big button instead of the "serial number" smaller link. That should be remedied or made more clear to users to NOT just sign in the way they would normally, but to click the "serial number" button and THEN sign-in.
So, I uninstalled, and reinstalled and made certain to do the steps above instead.
