Revit 2020 Freezing Please fix

There is a serious issue with the latest Revit 2020 that when every time you use the buttons the program freezes for a while. You need to use commands to avoid the freezing but i need the interface. 

I tried to uninstall and reinstall but nothing and please autodesk can you bring out a patch to fix this? 

I tried to delete ini file that does not work.

It's really bad.  Just to open a file takes forever. Once its open every time you try to select a tool, save, print, anything.. It freezes. WHEN IS THIS GOING TO BE FIXED? Please.

Don't know, maybe this could help...

...check for video driver updates?

...try to open the file and tick audit box to audit the file.

Is 2020 fully updated?
Are you accessing a share model on a server? Or is this a local PC located model?
PC specs are...?

After updating to 2020.2.1 Revit freezes at random moments, example when editing roof in 3D view or using save as/family, so It doesn't seem to be specific actions that are the issue. I haven't seen this before latest update, I started in 2020.2. Yes its fully updated when it happened and its local but i am not sure if the latest update has fixed this as there is no update if this has been fixed or not?
