Revit 2020 Crashing when Opening File

Hello,

Having some issues with my Revit 2020 opening files. I have tried local files and BIM360 files. It gets to just about open it and Revit crashes. I have tried almost everything in this post here (https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/revit/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Revit-20...). I have also opened without worksets open, resync'd with compact model option selected. Then it opened fine but once I closed revit to try opening again it would open. I tried Opening the file with an audit and it crashes. (again it is both cloud based and local network).
The one that I have see consistently work is creating a new file with a basic Revit template then opening my file and it works.  I have had other team members be able to open the files on their machines, but for some reason my revit is not having it.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled revit, removed add ins, updated computer and Revit. I am hitting a wall. And even though I have a temporary work around this can't continue.

Anyone having a similar issue and found a fix?

Some more troubleshooting things to look at:

Do the issues happen with only one particular project or also with other (large) projects?

Have you done a clean uninstall of Revit? Making sure that all is removed before reinstalling.

Do you also have issues with other software or Revit only?

Have you installed updates and hotfixes for Revit?

Do you have hardware issues (e.g. full hard disk, low memory)?
Is your computer different from your colleagues?
Do you use other (additional) software compared to your colleagues?

Have you looked at repairing/updating .NET files (microsoft)?
Do the other Revit versions (2019, 2021) om your computer operate as expected?

Does the problem go away if you keep the project files on your local harddisk?

Please mention Revit version, especially when uploading Revit files.
