Revit 2020 and Vault 2020 problem while opening rvt

Hi,

We use Revit 2020 and Vault 2020 with Revit Server 2020. On some machines Revit throws error when opening rvt file.

"The directory of the destination file doesn't exists"

It looks like Revit does not have enought previligies to save a local copy on the hard drive. If revit is lanched with local admin previligies, error does not show up, but then local copy is saved in Documents folder and not on the Vault local destination that is in the root folder.

What might cause this error and how to solve it.

Somethimes windows reinstall helps..

MAchines are windows 10 and in domain.

Any ideas??

Maybe it's the simple path issue.

For example, server name ("absolute address") may be \\companyserver with some folders on them which may be mapped different on local computers.

Further example, there is Revit folder on the server: \\companyserver\Revit which is mapped on computer as Q: drive. On another computer it is mapped as X:, but all of them should be using "absolute" server name: \\companyserver\Revit

Path is not an issue here. Otherwise the problem would accur on all machines.

There must be something with access to local folders.

Vault is configured to use a fixed folder. This folder is created in root folder during first Vault Client run .

On those particular machines the folder is not created. Creating manually does not help ether...
