Revit 2019 - Rename or Delete Collaborative Model

Has anyone figured out how to rename or delete a collaborated model in Revit 2019? In 2018 when you would "manage cloud models" under "Collaborate" you were given an option to "Rename, Relinquish, View Versions, Delete". Now in 2019 you are only given the option to "Relinquish, View Versions". I have tried going through the Bim360 end and deleted the files from there but this does not affect our cloud models. Revit 2018Revit 2018Revit 2019Revit 2019

Does anyone else see this too?

I (like Vanessa) dont have the option to delete or rename in 2019. I see 37 people viewed this post but no one commented so far so I am not sure if it is just a bit of a random error or something that everyone is having but doesnt have a solution for.

In BIM 360 Docs / Revit 2019 that action cannot be done from Revit > Manage Cloud Models, but directly from BIM 360 Docs. Hover the file's name and click on the [...] icon. There you should see Rename. (if you don't see that option the account or the user may not have full rights).

Ok however this action still does not reflect changes to the name on the BIM
360 list I navigate through from the Revit end. Unless I am missing
something?

@vanessa

From Revit, do Synchronize to Central. Then the name should update in BIM 360 Docs. Please let me know.

Yes, this is HUGE!

We learned that the Plans folder is not the place for Revit models the hard way. We have 5 projects initiated that have to have the models moved to Project Files.

Yes you can delete the files from the web, but they do not delete from being visible to Revit. This is was the previous behavior I was accustomed to. And was explained by Autodesk Tech Support, that this is a background process and these two "locations" are meant to be separate, in order to manage the Publishing process. So prior to 2019, in Manage Cloud models, like the OP shows in the screenshots, you could perform file operations, DELETE and RENAME on those files. Now we can not. This really needs to be added back.

Agreed -  once again the new, revised process is opaque, and the only way to learn is the hard way.  Autodesk needs to learn how to communicate the details of their software much more clearly and completely.  Who knew that the Plans folder is not the place to put Revit models?  Wouldn't it make sense to have a pre-named standard folder called "Models"?  What are these people thinking?  Very frustrating!

So its safe to assume this was never resolved by Autodesk????????

How can you guys take that away? do the people who make these decisions actually ever use the program?

Autodesk has been doing crap like this for years
