I've tried everything and I have no idea what to do. This does not appear to be a typical issue as I cannot find it in the common text issues.
My Revit 2019 is fully updated. When I print to Adobe PDF, all characters transform into a different font and a different character. See attached images.
I have:
- Updated my Revit
- Uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe
- Uninstalled and reinstalled all fonts associated with my template
- Placed Revit in a timeout and taken away all its TV privileges
Someone please help.
Make sure that your font is loaded in C/Windows/font and the pdf settings as below.

Thanks - maybe this is the issue! The font is located in C\windows\fonts but it is NOT located in the settings even though it's pulling from that folder. How do I add it to the PDF settings?
I have the same problem. But fonts directory is ok, and sometimes the plans, 3Ds viewports and everything else on my Sheet is tottaly white or damaged, like no lines and no colors, only hatchs.
Im using 2018.3 version, using it since last year with no problem. This happened this week.
Could it be caused by the last Windows 10 Update?
I'm trying others PDF softwares for plot, but the better of them still let some fonts wrong...
