After installing Revit 2019 it seems that the library files have been put under the Autodesk main folder instead of inside Autodesk\RVT xxxx folder like before. There is another post on this topic on the Revit Products - Architecture Forum (not sure how to provide a link to that) in which several other people have reported this problem.
See the images below (2019 on the left; 2018 on the right) Some others have reported that the 2019 files are installing the same as the 2018 version so this is probably the correct location.
Can someone suggest a fix? Is it enough to just put the files in their correct location? Or, are there some other settings that need to be adjusted?

A little more on this issue (in hopes that someone at Autodesk is analyzing this.) I noticed that there is a folder C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\Revit Content 2019. This includes a file: C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\Revit Content 2019\Setup\Setup.ini. (Along with the Setup.exe) Looking in the .ini file I see this line:
Some additional information on this issue:
Apparently, in addition to the previously mentioned "Libraries" folder, there is a similar issue with the folders: "Family Templates", "IES", "Lookup Tables", and "Templates".
I copied all of the affected folders to their correct location (and renamed the original to hide them.)
There are some settings that need to be adjusted:
1. Project Templates: Start the Project-->New sequence and then, when choosing the template, browse to the correct location and add the current location to the places.
2. Family Templates. From the File-->Options-->File Locations menu, reset the path for the family templates.
3. I don't know if there are similar settings for the content in "IES" (lighting) and "Lookup Tables" (conduit and piping.) Maybe an engineering user can help out here?
Hello,
This is a known issue, when installing from Autodesk Desktop App. The Content path setting in Autodesk Desktop App needs to be set to C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\RVT 2019 or equivalent prior to installing Revit 2019. For Revit LT 2019 the path would be C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\RLT 2019 or equivalent.

Hello @Anonymous,
Although this is related to the installation of libraries this is Application-specific so it will receive better updates on the Revit forum regarding this issue.
