Hi @info

Sorry to hear that you are facing issues.

Do a Revit repair first, if you continue to face the issues, next perform a clean uninstall.

Then do a fresh reinstall of Revit 2019, but before that please see this Readme contains important information about Autodesk Revit® 2019 and check the information on Pre-Requisites and hardware and software requirements.

Let me know if any of the above helps resolve your issue.

Hi @info

Can you share a journal file to investigate further?

I can share a private folder if you'd prefer.

new information
if I run revit on 1 screen and the view windows stays in the revit interface view, then everything goes as desired
but at the moment when I drag the view windows to another screen, it goes wrong.

For Example:  If I save the file then revit stops working.
this happens also with other functions.

I did not have this problem with revit 2018.3 (but you could not drag the view windows out of the revit interface)

I am having similar issues with 2 Screens, i had 2019LT and just upgraded to 2019 full version.  I did not have this issue on any of the previous versions.  I have had multiple installations on the same machine running for years without issues.

Hi @Anonymous

Here is an article which touches on a lot of reasons for slow performance in Revit. There are some steps to try such as disabling add-ins that you can try. For graphics cards, please reference the certified list for cards that have been tested with Revit. Let me know if you have any questions, thanks!

Hi @Anonymous

There could be something else contributing to this issue.

Is this issue specific to a model/ user?

Can you try logging in as an admin and see if there is any difference?

Can you send me a journal and check if your Revit version is updated with the latest build?

Regards,
