Revit 2019: Cloud render not working.

I am using Revit 2019 64bit.

on Windows 10 64 bit.

I am having this issue for 2 days now. I have tried every single solution given in all the forums and websites for this.

So again I am starting this error forum.

So I am trying to put my rendering in cloud render, but after selecting all the specifications for the image and clicking on Render In Cloud, while uploading data I get this error,

"A problem occurred. The rendering service could not complete your request. The file could not be uploaded."

I got this error while working on one of my academic projects.

So I tried,

1. Changing its materials to simpler ones.

2. Turned off my firewall as well as the antivirus.

3. Clear cache of my browser.

4. 'Logged in' in again on browser and revit as well.

5. Tried with one single wall as object. (Deleting every single entity other than that wall.)

6. Finally, reinstalled the revit 2019.

7. This time tried with the sample file given in the revit 2019 itself.

8. Still couldn't render in cloud.

Ok, so it looks it is not related to the project as you have tried that already.

You might try the following.

-Are the project located in folders with "strange characters? Try to put your porject in a temp folder (e.g C:\Temp)

-Something else with your computer (e.g full hard drive)

-Empty your temp folders.

-Use a different computer and see what happens

-Use a different network (faster, stable) and see what happens

-Create a support ticket in your account and see if Autodesk can help.

Please mention Revit version, especially when uploading Revit files.

Im having the same problem... I have tried everything.

The only thing I can think of now is to uninstall revit 2019 and reinstall 2018.

Can anyone assist with this issue?

Yeah, I am having this exact same issue as well. I can complete this using Revit 2016 and 2017, but both 2018 and 2019 give me this same error message.

Does anyone have a fix for this?

Hi @patriciaalir

Can you confirm if you have the latest updates installed for your Revit version?

Which browser are you using?

@patriciaalir Can you delete the browser cache and try again?

Also, try on Chrome or Firefox and see if you receive the same error? Do you have Revit Live installed?
