Revit 2019 bug? - Project Browser shortcuts not working

In previous versions of Revit, I could jump around the project browser by typing the first couple letters of a view.

Seems to not work in Revit 2019. You can do it once per Revit session and it immediately stops working.

Is there a fix?

Can you share a screencast? This will help us investigate further.

Are you using multiple monitors?  

Can you try a repair of Revit and see if that helps resolve this issue?

I am using multiple monitors - but I turned off all but 1 monitor and restarted, and still had this issue.

I also tried to reset the ribbon/toolbar/browser but had a 2 problems.  I don't see the registry key it says to edit (see attached screenshot).  Also the file "ResetUI.zip" is missing 2019

Done.  Still has the issue.

I have also installed Revit 2019 on a brand new laptop and it has this issue as well.

Can you confirm if your system requirements and hardware tools are compatible to successfully run Revit?

Yes, I have verified (both this computer and my laptop) do meet all the minimum requirements to run Revit, and both have this issue.

I'm confused.  Am I really the only one having this problem?

Do you have a multiple monitor setup and can you clear your temp folder and see if this happens?

Screencast attached.  I have cleared my temp folder, and turned off all multiple monitors and still have the issue.

I wonder if this issue has been 'Confirmed' and/or 'resolved' already. I'm having the same problem.

Im having the same issue in 2019. I cant get out of "Edit Assembly" mode without undoing, so I tried adding in a keyboard short cut, nothing happens.

Any fixes without asking the same question about how many monitors I have or if I have emptied my temp files since those dont actually have any impact on the issue?

We're having the same issue here (Revit 2019.1)

I used to be able to jump to furniture by clicking on families and then hitting F (or W for walls for example). This doesn't work anymore in 2019.

I am having this same issue. I've read through this thread. I have the same monitor setup, hardware, etc as I have for all other versions of Revit. 

I can get ONE shortcut response per Revit session. So if I type "SH" for sheets, it will go. But, it will only go once... then there is no more response to the shortcut. 

Just following in case someone resolves this.

I've noticed you can "refresh" shortcuts by having 2 projects open.

Ex.

Open 2 projects.  Type "SH" for sheets in Project #1.  Then click on an open window of Project #2.  Then go back to Project #1 again.  The shortcuts will work one more time.
