Revit 2019 Adding Centerline Symbol in Dimension Text using Arial Font

Using Revit 2019 and trying to add Centerline Symbol in Dimension Text using Arial Font. It just shows a box. Does the Arial font not support the CL symbol.

 

Please advise.

That is not from the font used.  You need a Generic Annotation Family.

If you want to use Arial letters, just create your own family and use C and L letter from the Arial font (see attached family).

Thank you for the quick response. I apologize for not stating my post clearly. I meant that I wanted to add the symbol in the Dimension Text dialog box. It shows up as a box when I try to use Arial font. I have added an attachment.

Download the family above, load it in your project and assign it to the dimension style's center symbol.
