Revit 2018 to Lumion 8 Material Issue

I am trying to render my Revit 2018 model in Lumion 8. I modeled the exterior area of my building as a floor entity and used DIVIDE PARTS to be able apply different materials (grass, pavers, markings etc) in Lumion. Although I have successfully applied different materials in Revit, Lumion continues to treat the whole thing as ONE object; PART.

Will I have to remodel the parts having different materials or is there a saner, simpler way. Feel stuck! Please help.

(I am exporting as an FBX to Lumion)

Attaching here the screenshot....

- Different materials must use different Appearance Assets.

- Use Live Sync, not FBX

Make it as a different type.

Lumion will allow you to add different material to different types of same family.
