When I double click on the REvit icon - the software wont load. Initially, the blue rectangular box comes up, then it disappears.
Same result when I am in my files and click on a Revit model file to open.
Any idea how to solve? I may go to BBuy bc I am not terribly tech savvy on these matters.

Hi Jayne can you install updates for Revit from The Autodesk Desktop App?
try to do clean uninstall and reinstall again. delete all your files c:temp folder, those cannot delete just skip. switch off all your anti virus program and firewall when downloading and installations. you must have administration rights when installing revit in the computer and see if helps. thanks
