Revit 2018 slow in Windows 10

We have a similar issue that is 100% repeatable. Large project (100mb) with multiple linked revit models. Placing room tags in Windows 10 takes as long as 75 seconds. Windows 7 takes about 3 seconds. All other things being equal. Tested and duplicated on at least 6 different computers so very repeatable.

Need a fix from Autodesk asap.
