Revit 2018 Site Designer Doesn't show up on Ribbon

I downloaded and installed (and reinstalled) the Site Designer Add-On, and restarted my computer but Site Designer isn't on my Ribbon.  

I didn't receive an error saying Revit couldn't use the tool.  Revit shows no indication I ever downloaded the Site Designer.

(I have Windows 10 x64)

Check your installed programs and see if it's there. Control Panel=>Programs=>Programs and Features.

Yes, it's on the list of installed programs.

Try Repairing. Know how?

From the Control Panel I selected the Site Designer and it gave me the option to Reinstall/Repair or Uninstall.  I selected Reinstall/Repair.  Beyond that, I wouldn't know what to do.

No.  I tried that before posting the problem.
