Hi, I have been using Revit 2018 for the last three months. The first half of this period there was no problem. But during the second half, ribbon commands greyed out and became inactive, that is they can not be used anymore. I posted the problem in the Autodesk forum and reiceved two responses, but I have not undestood th responses either. For example, in one response the person says "Dock Group toolbar on Ribbon". I did not understand what that means. Also a URL address is given, beginning with "www.nvidia.com etc. etc." but when I go to that address I have no idea what to do. I therefore would very very much appreciate it is someone in the forum helps me. I need to restart my work on Revit as soon as possible.
