Hi @Anonymous
Welcome to the Autodesk community!
Can you check the below for me?
Please use this tool to find recommended system hardware or graphics hardware and drivers
Check that you have the latest updates installed for your Revit version.
To make sure that the issue you are seeing is not something already fixed in one of the product updates, I would suggest checking the Desktop App to see if there are any Revit updates available. For information on using the Desktop App see the following article: About the Autodesk Desktop App
Note: If you are not able to download updates through the Desktop App, the following article has information on downloading updates through the Autodesk Accounts page:
Install Updates, Add-ons, and Enhancements
Let me know if that helps resolve your issue.
Looking forward to your reply update.

Hi,
I am having the same issue on Revit 2018.3.1
I began a new project today in the architectural template and the screen remained blank. Everything else worked fine though i could not navigate on the page.
I could draw detail lines and place walls and floors but they were not visible to me.
I also tried to open an older file and the same thing happened. If I hovered over the drawing it would acknowledge that there was something underneath it but I could not see it.
I have downloaded and installed all pending updates for my computer, adjusted the display settings of my screen, restarted by laptop and now finally have uninstalled and reinstalled Revit and still this problem occurs.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!
Hi @Anonymous
What are your most recent windows updates? Which windows version are you on?
I've seen instances where there is an issue with the Windows browser used by Revit to render the Recent Files page.
Can you ensure if you are on the latest windows updates?

Thanks for your response!
My latest windows update is the Windows 10, version 1809. Released this month.
Hi @Anonymous
Did you try a repair of the software?
Also, check if there are an antivirus program and a firewall setting and disable them and try relaunching the application.
If that does not help, please try a fresh uninstall and reinstall of the application.

Hi, could you inform me of how you updated your driver so that it would work because I am having the same issue with drawings and things not appearing in my viewport.
@Anonymous
Run a check for recent windows updates and make sure you get them installed.
Launch Revit and check if the issue is resolved.
