Hello,

We have a question pertain to a long extension that appears after the name of model in the Cloud. Are curious to what causes this issue and how we can resolve it.

We are working in Revit 2018 and using Collaboration for Revit to access and link the Cloud models. We recently came across this issue and would like to know why it occurs and what the best solution to solve it is?

Hi @frivas

Looks like there is an error in the name of that first link.

File names end with a "." and then the file extention, for example "Project1.rvt"

You have a ".rvt" in the middle of that file name, therefore everything after the "." is the extension which is now wrong.

Hope this fixes your issue.

Hi @frivas

Did you try renaming the file name and reloading it or this occurs by default?

Regards,
