Revit 2018 download issues

Hi!

I am struggling to download the trial for Revit 2018. I have gone to this page and attempted to download via both download manager and their webinstall system. Both error and I am struggling to find solutions.

I have closed all programs but getting nowhere. Not sure what is holding this up.

This flickers back and forth between the screen above and "Establishing connection"

When I download via virtual agent I get a virus warning on one of the downloads (Revit_2018_G1_Win_64bit_dlm_001_003.sfx.exe)! This is being blocked at our firewall level and cannot be turned off.

Any help to actually download would be awesome!

Seems your company(?) is blocking access to certain things. Talk to your IT department

Please mention Revit version, especially when uploading Revit files.

Weirdly the other two parts of the Revit download I can download and I can download from the AutoDesk Account area. So unless there are some very wonky rules at my end I think it must be an Autodesk issue.

Also disable your anti-virus and firewall for optimal downloading conditions.

I chekced and downloaded "Revit_2018_G1_Win_64bit_dlm_001_003.sfx.exe" without problems through Autodesk Virtual Agent.

Also my virus scanner did not complain after a check.

It is odd. There is something in the first file that AutoDesk have placed in it that gives a flase positive for our SonicWall firewall. We shut the entire thing down and dowloaded it in a controlled environment to ensure no viruses. It was clean. We then restarted our hardware firewall.
