Hi @apurba

Sorry to hear that you are facing slowdowns.

To make sure that the issue you are seeing is not something already fixed in one of the product updates, I would suggest checking the Desktop App to see if there are any Revit updates available. For information on using the Desktop App see the following article: About the Autodesk Desktop App

Note: If you are not able to download updates through the Desktop App, the following article has information on downloading updates through the Autodesk Accounts page:

Install Updates, Add-ons, and Enhancements

Do you have any add-ins installed? If so, please disable and check if there is any difference.

Let me know if that helps.

Hi,

Thanks for reply

I have updated the Revit 2018 to 2018.2 with the help of Autodesk Desktop app.

Also regularly checking the Autodesk desktop app for further updating.

>I have checked & found nothing any new add-on or Enhancement  installed.

>After updating the revit , gone to my PC manufacture's site for latest updates. I have found some optimization tools & updated accordingly.

Now my PC is little bit faster (~30second).

Please let me know if there any specific enhancement tools or updates for Revit2018.2

Thanks & Regards

Hi @apurba

I'm glad to hear that your PC is a bit faster.Smiley Happy

You should be able to see all the updates on your account page

  1. Sign in to your Autodesk Account at manage.autodesk.com
  2. Click Product Updates to see a list of all available updates

Also, please see solutions for improving slow performance in Revit

Working in a Revit model involves interacting with many systems, and if anyone (or more) of those systems have slow performance, the entire experience in Revit can be slowed down. See Improving performance of Revit projects
