this issue is still happening in the 2018.3 update as well. what can i do?
Can you share a journal file?
Have you checked for updates for your graphics card from your manufacturers' website?

A few screenshots of the issues you are facing will also help.
Do you have multiple monitor setup and what are your windows version/ graphic settings?
