In Revit 2017 I can put a transparency on floors, filled regions etc. in the view but once I get to a sheet the transparency isn't there, its opaque. The floor in this case is a different color like it's trying to add a transparency but you cannot see through it. Is this a bug yet? I have downloaded all of the updates to date.

I can't share the file currently but I attached some images of what is going on. Weird thing was this morning it was fine on both the view and the sheet then I hit print and it printed solid, so I looked back on the sheet and it changed to solid. I'm pretty confused as to what's going on.
I just figured out what the problem is. We do a custom crop region on our site plans, our architects like to see random jogs and not just a square box. Well for some reason in 2017 when you do that it removes the transparency overrides, as soon as I reset the crop box everything goes back to normal. A very weird bug!
