Revit 2017 Print range dialog box issue

Hi,

 

When we want to select the sheets / views to print and click the select button in the print range dialog box, the new window displaying all sheets / views does not show. Does anyone know a fix for this?

Hello.

I`ve noticed that you use two monitors with the Extend desktop display option on Windows. Change to Duplicate and try again the printing process. Sometimes, the dialog windows just disapears.

 

If your problem has been solved, please click on Accept as Solution. Then others users can take benefit of it.

Hi,

No sorry, this one did not work either. I have attached a screenshot of the dialog box with the buttons that are not working. This is the same problem in the attached link to forum : http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/revit-architecture-forum/buttons-in-print-dialog-box-don-t-work/td-p/3...

The Microsoft pdf writer has been deleted and it worked on one pc. The other has still no luck. We have tried to print in real paper but it still does not work too.

One thing I did do differently recently was to add a new LaserJet printer to my office.  I had this set as the default printer. Did some research on the internet and found someone with the exact same issue as me.  What they did was to change the default printer to a different one and the print dialog box worked again.  I tried the same thing and it did work.  Problem solved...go figure.
