To whom it may concern,
I was trying to run an energy simulation with Revit 2017. But, I got some messages that the license was over. After I read some posts in the forum, I saw that it is recommended to download the Revit 2017.1. I tried to search for it, but the instructions are not very clear and people are getting problems to accomplish the downloading. Is there any update about this? How can the Revit 2017.1 be downloaded? Any comments will be highly appreciated!
Kind regards,

Hi Beralco. You just need to update your revit by going to the Autodesk Desktop App (see attached file). From there look for the Revit icon and select the update to make your 2017 to 2017.1.
Hi @beralco / José,
Hope you are well.
Option One:
As @Anonymous mentioned, you can find it under your Autodesk Desktop App. Have a look at the image below (old image).
Make sure that your Firewall / Anti-Virus is disabled as it sometimes provides problems with updates. After disabling the aforementioned, I would open the Desktop App and sign out and back in again. It should then appear.
Option Two:
I haven't personally used the direct download link for Revit 2017.1 below, as I already updated it via the Desktop App, but this has helped some of my other colleagues.
Scroll down until you see this section:
I hope this helps! ![]()
