Revit 2016 will not work ??

I down loaded Revit 2016 and have had problems ever since.  There is lines in the layout and 3D drawing of a project I was working on.  I tried several suggestions with no success.  Not when I try to open the 3D model the system locks up.  See the following attachments to see what is going on. Also note that I still have Revit 2015 on the same computer.  Did not remove it becuase I could not get 2016 to work.  See the attached files and let me know if there are any suggestions or who I can contact to get a solution.

Thanks - Todd McMahon

have you tried the following:

1.  update graphics driver

2.  turn on/off Hardware Accelleration within Revit

3.  check/uncheck allow navigation during redraw

4.  issue shows up in Revit 2015, 2016 or both?

Questions - How do you update graphics driver?

I have tired with hardware acceleration on and off - same result.

I did not redraw - I was just trying to update from 2015 Revit to 2016 Revit

Issue only shows up on 2016 Revit.  File opens fine in 2015 Revit.

Thanks for looking iinto my problem - greatly appreciated

To update the graphics driver:

- Go to My Computer > Manage > Device Manager...look for display adapter (expand)...right-click and choose Update Driver

Send me your 2015 Central Model so I can upgrade it to 2016 and see if it holds...
