I am not able to find below Revit 2016 update in my account, I can see upto Update 7

Revit 2016 R2 Update 8 only impacts the collaboration workflow and therefore has not been made available through the Autodesk Desktop App or the Autodesk Accounts Portal. This update is included in the Autodesk Collaboration v9 for Revit 2016 add-on, which can be downloaded from https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/revit-products/downloads/caas/downloads/content/autodesk-coll....

Does V9 Update for C4R take cares all other updates for Revit 2016, or we still need to install Update 7?
Installation of Revit 2016 R2 Update 7 is not necessary because the Collaboration v9 installer combines several updates, including Revit 2016 R2 and Revit 2016 R2 Update 8. Also, Revit update are historical so Update 8 includes all of the fixes that were included in the previous 7 updates.
