Hi,

I have downloaded and installed teh 2016 version of revit and it intalls perfectly fine but once i open it and select and template the 2 boxes on the bottom right corner flicker and the programme does not allow me to do anything. I saw the otehr post about the same issue but i didnt see any solution and everything is updated on my computer from the dell updates all the way to the autodesk manager tab. I really need this to be fixed because i need to have this prigram running. I also have the packages as well and they didnt do anything. Another student in my program with an MSI with windows 10 has the same problem yet all the other students with windows 10 have thier revit up and running.

Please Help 😞

the image below is how my cursor is trying to draw a wall but nothing shows up.

Based on the size of your screen capture, I am guessing that you have a high-resolution display.

You may want to look at the Autodesk Knowledge Network article regarding Revit on high resolution monitors.  Reducing the resolution to 2k (if possible) and/or reducing the desktop scaling to 150% or below should resolve the flickering issue.  Some have reported difficulties reading text in the interface when doing so, if they were not able to reduce the resolution.

Yeah i tried that a couple of times but it didn't work but I did decrease my resolution to like 1856X1392 and i did change my scaling option to 150% and then after re starting my computer the flickering on revit was gone so im really hoping that everything else would work. Thanks so much. Appreciate it 🙂
