revit 2016 ribbon/tabs fail to load

Hi, im Elliott Villacorta and architect student at El Camino College. I bought a new computer MSI GS60 with 4K resolution and when i installed the 30 day trial autodesk apps such as, revit and autocad architecture 2016. It would not display as it should.

need help as soon as possible.

Set your desktop scaling to 150% or less.
