Assuming each level has an appropriate host for the copied object(s) (when needed, for hosted objects):

1.  Select your object(s).

2.  On the Modify ribbon tab, on the Clipboard panel, select the Copy to Clipboard tool.

3.  On the Modify ribbon tab, on the Clipboard panel, select the bottom half of the Paste from Clipboard split button.

4.  On the flyout, select the Aligned to Selected Levels tool.

5.  In the Select Levels dialog, select the Levels to which you want to copy the objects.

6.  Select OK to dismiss the dialog and copy the selected objects to the selected levels.
