Revit 2016 changed language to Chinese

It was working fine 3 days ago when I last used it.  This morning its all in Chinese.  I saw a post back in 2016.  Did Autodesk ever come up with a fix for this issue?

I also had this problem a week ago.

1 You can try to go in the options and change the language there. Unfortunately, that is very difficult because everything is in Chinese.
2 Reinstall here you can then choose the language and it should functunun tun.
3 You can try it with Repar too

As the first step,

This incident (Revit user interface changes to Chinese) has been resolved in:

This issue typically occurs when the user's Revit.ini file becomes corrupted and you end up with Chinese because it is the first language in alphabetical order.  My initial suggestion would be to delete your copy of the Revit.ini file, which will be located in your C:\Users\<USER_NAME>\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\Revit\Autodesk Revit 2016.  This will force a new version of this file to be generated the next time you launch Revit.  If this does not resolve the issue, I would recommend posting a copy of the Revit.ini file that resides in your C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\RVT 2016\UserDataCache folder.
