Im running Autodesk Application Manager 2017, and trying to run an update for Revit 2015 (I have both Revit and 2015 and 2017 installed for different projects). When trying to run the update for Revit 2015 R2, I get an error during install that says "No signature was present in the subject" with no other error codes.

I was able to reproduce this problem, which I believe stems from the recent change from Autodesk Application Manager to the new Autodesk Dekstop App. I'll need to investigate further to determine the underlying cause but in the meantime, you should be able to work-around this problem by manually running the installer.
You should find an Autodesk_Revit_2015_R2_sfx.exe file in your C:\Users\<User_Name>\Documents\Autodesk Application Manager\CU002154 folder, which you can double-click to launch. You'll be prompted for the location to which to extract the files (this is most likely what is tripping up the Autodesk Desktop App) and then you'll be prompted to allow the following program to make changes.

Welcome to the community!
Different update for a different program; the download folder name is going to be different. Look for a folder with a date/time around the time you started the update attempt.
