REVIT 2015 - An unrecoverable error has occurred

I was working on the project and power shuts unexpectdley ,when i open it later it says unrecoverable error occurred and closes with error report.

i try to open the file on another machine ,open another user account, reinstall the product none of these works..if anyone know the problem please let me know

It generally relates to a corrupt user profile. Have a look at THIS POST for causes and solutions. THIS POST may contain some of the related issues which you experience prior to receiving the error message. 

 

If none of the above helped, then it might not just be the user profile, but the file itself (likely culprit). 

  • Try and open the file from the Revit Button, search for the file and prior to opening, select the "Audit" option. Then select "Yes".

  • Try and turn of hardware acceleration prior to opening the file. Revit Button >> Options>> Graphics. 
  • Is your service packs up to date?
