Revit 2014 Crashing. Faulting Module MSVCR100.dll

Hi,

I support a company that uses Revit.  Currently installed is Revit 2014 and Revit 2017 is being deployed on a limited basis.  One of the computers that has both installations is having an issue wherein Revit 2014 will crash unexpectedly a few times per day.  These crashes seem to correspond with the event that follows.  The employee who is experiencing the issue is only using version 2014.  So far, I have tried reinstalling Revit and checking for corruption in Windows with SFC.  Any further advice would be appreciated, and thank you in advance.

Adam
