Does your file have worksets enabled?

If your file has no links, worksets or referenced elements, no CAD links/imports.. It sounds like a uninstall-reinstall issue

no, its a template file. when that file did not upgrade to revit 19 i did create a new revit file with that template on revit 18 but it did not work. that file has all my drafting views, (my typical details), some of them imported from cadd but i did "clean" them.

thanks for trying to help.

@aclose can you zip up and post your template file? Or post it to your A360 drive and share the link?
