Revisions to a Schedule

Greetings,

I am wondering if anyone has come up with a way to indicate which cells of a schedule have been changed in a certain revision. In AutoCAD it was our company's standard to indicate changes to a specific cell by using bold text in that cell. I don't think Revit has the option to control text style on a cell by cell basis. That is too bad because it is a simple and elegant solution.

Using a revision cloud on the sheet works to a point but it has some drawbacks. Number one it tends to obscure information in the cells around the indicated cell, and two if a line is added to or removed from a schedule the cloud is now indicating the wrong cells.

If anyone knows how to control text style on a cell by cell basis, or has come up with another way to indicate changes let me know. A thicker border around revised cells would work too if that were possible.

Thanks in advance for any help. Smiley Happy

I am not quite sure  I understand you well...

But if you want to make evident a certain cell or group of cells , you can do it by apply a colored background to the cell:

Schedule : Properties >Other > Formatting >Edit >check: Show Conditional Format on Sheet >Conditional Format - you can apply a filter in order to make evident by background color...

Thanks for trying but this will not work. The problem with using a filter like that, is that every cell with that value will be highlighted not just the cell that was changed for this particular issue.
