Reusing modeled in place components?

I created a wall sweep to use as corner trim on my residential Elevations but every time I try to apply it to a different corner I have to create a new sweep.

What's the easiest way to re-use a wall sweep corner profile repeatedly without having to rename or recreate it?

Are you using the Wall Sweep tool or Model-in-place and then creating a sweep? The Wall Sweep tool uses a profile family you assign to the wall sweep type. Then you can place the sweep along a wall or connected walls. Model-in-place is not intended to manage repetition, they are meant for "one-off' situations.

I am now using a wall sweep however it's a little particular about what corners it will and won't work on. Modeling 2x4 corner trim. Ended up having to use filled regions on the ones that would not work.
