Reset view settings?

Hi, chaps.

Is there a way to "reset" the view settings for a particular linked model? That is, display all hidden elements, categories, worksets, phases - everything. As if the link had been just inserted. I had removed a linked model then reattached it but this resets all views in all sheets. I just want it for a particular view (or a limited number of views).

There are two options:

-Create a view template with no corrections and apply that one to any view you want to reset

-Set view template to none and duplicate view.

Depending on what your intention is (just checking or permanent) one will work better.

Marc, thanks for the response.

I created a new 3D view and displayed only one of several linked models, then created a new view template from this view. I switch to an old 3D view and apply the new template. All appears to look OK. However, when I click on Reveal Hidden Elements I see some (red) hidden elements that belong to linked models that are invisible (using the Visibility/Graphics > Revit Links screen). What I'm after is to remove these red elements so that if a linked model is invisible in a view all the manually hidden elements are made visible - but of course, because the model is invisible then the elements remain invisible. (Phew!) I effectively only want to see elements in Reveal Hidden Elements that are in visible links? Does that make sense?

Maybe this topic can help me

I posted recently in another thread, where the problem was the unlinked from the section queues in my scope box.

https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/revit-architecture-forum/error-in-te-conections-of-tail-s-sections-an...

I found that if I create a new plan view (from the "views" menu "plan view") all the section tails link back to the scope box

But the problem is, that all my calls outs from the original plan view are lost.
What a week captain!!!!
