How to make a shared parameter that will automatically report the room length and width as shown in the picture.s2.jpg

This is what.. a deculple post? Start another topic, why don't you...

If the previous didn't answer it. Perhaps you're looking to create a room tag with a label... (create new family --> generic family tag --> switch to room tag category --> add a label --> new, find your shared parameters and add those to the label --> save --> load into project --> tag room with the tag you created... done)

Ofcourse you could just use the one that's in the topic I sent you before in the double or triple post you started before this one...

Stop replying if you are not understanding what I want to ask . And I know how to make a room tag and customize the label .

Read the first step it's completely different than what are to saying me .. you are simply referring to make a shared parameter but I want to know how can a report length to the shared parameter that I created . Read the step 1  in this picture

Perhaps be more clear in your questioning then, and elaborate on that if you're not getting the answer you're looking for in the same topic for others to respond to if not me.

The values are written to these parameters by the Dynamo graph as shown in the video in the last link, the parameters first need to be there to write to however.
