In the Revit 2022 LT version, I cannot render as normal without using the Render to Cloud (RC) command or Render to Gallery (RG) command. Is there any way to fix this without uninstalling this version? Any help would be appreciated.

Yes. Upgrade to Full Revit. With Full Revit you can render locally as well as to the Cloud.
