Rendering in cloud

Everytime i render in the cloud, the lighting is too bright and the material is so pail, i need some tips about lighting shadows and realistic shots in cloud rendering

This question might be more suitable for the rendering forum.

 

The easiest way to lift the image might be the exposure control.

This view is from the local renderer, but the online one has something similar.

 

For the rest it is a matter of placing lights, type of lights, quantity of lights, power of lights, set the sun settings to a different time of day (e.g early morning).

Also the materials used can have an impact (e.g. lighter/darker, shininess).

Rendering is more an art than a science
