Rendering in cloud Settings

Hey 🙂 First time at this forum, looking for someone that knows a bit more about rendering.

I have two attachments that are rendered 3D-views with different settings. The one named: "RenderingA" is the one that I prefer, it has more powerful lightning.

The problem is that I don´t find what kinds of settings I used for it.

The other attachment: "RenderingB" has lamp posts along the road, but I still wonder if someone knows how to set the settings to get the powerful glow in the picture, the look of "future". For example, which kind of light settings combined with native or advanced.
