hey..i have been using revit for quite some time now but somehow the rendering facility remains inaccessible. I have tried reinstalling the product but it still does not work.
please help.

Reinstalling may not work well because it's not a directly Revit Product thingy.
Go to control panel and uninstall "IF FOUND"
Autodesk Material Library 20xx
Autodesk Material Library Base Resolution
Autodesk Material Library Low Resolution
And now open the Revit installer and make sure the Autodesk Material Library and the others are installed correctly.
