Hello,
I have been using the render in cloud option, as a subscription user, since Revit 2014 and it has always worked fine. I have just tried to render in cloud in Revit 2017 (SP2) and I get the following error:
"A problem occured. The rendering service could not complete your request".
Has anyone got this issue yet?

Please check the following:
On that particular date it could have been an outage with the service. You can check and/or subscribe to our Health Dashboard, in order to view the current status and upcoming maintenance schedule for the Autodesk Cloud Services.
The rendering engine was changed for Revit 2017 to improve it.

I am having the same problem, I just downloaded Building Design Suite 2018 and am using Revit 2018, I have tired to render both a couple of my own projects as well as the sample project and keep getting the error:
"A Problwm Occurred
The Rendering Service Could Not Complete Your Request"
I have tired all of the above and pretty much everything I can find to do, I have even reloaded and repaired the files and still can't get it to work.
Please Help
