My best guess would be your windows user name folder in C:\Users

Sometimes it can be that a Revit family or component doesnt work right on Cloud Rendering, and it may cause this error
Try hidding some families appearing on the render, one by one, and you will be able to solve the issue.
It usually happens with RPC families or imported families.
It can also be an unsuported character on your Windows User Name
