Render appearance library missing

Hi I am trying to render or just in realistic view RPC content but when I do this they disappear when i go to the edit type and go to the render appearance library to see if it is link to image there is nothing in the library it seems the library has gone is there any way of getting it or downloading it again?problem Render Appearence Library.JPG

… you need to check the ArchVision manager location

… then check where is your RPCs folder and link it

… but basically you will need to uninstall and reinstall the RPCs Dashboard again ...

… if you want to download the RPCs collection

… go to  https://archvision.com/

… install the RPC dashboard .... and download everything you want

… enter your subscription license again … and that’s it

Thanks for your reply but it didn't fix my problem I have a student licence so cant afford to buy the archvision add-ons but I should be able to access the render appearance library it just doesn't seem to have loaded up on my laptop and I was wondering is there any way I can manually do this thanks

It seems perverse to me that I should have to purchase extra software to make Revit do what it should do out of the box. This has been a problem for me two years in a row now. I have yet to see any reasonably acceptable answer to this issue.
