Removing Roof Overlap Between 2 different roof styles on the same building

I have included an image of the problem I am referring to, with the rest of the building hidden in view. I need an accurate reading of the area of all 3 of the different roof styles I have on this residential, but can't seem to remove the parts of the other roofs that overlap into the attic space. Look at the turret roof style for reference. I need the extra bit of the roof that is in the attic space removed for my reading, and I've tried a few things that haven't worked entirely yet. Any suggestions? I also need an answer within a few weeks from now.

Sounds like you want the footprint of the entire roof.  no?

...what about just tracing the perimeter of the roof in plan view with room or space separation lines and then creating a room/space?  Area is a property of rooms/spaces.

No, I need the area of the roof. Regardless, I would also like to know how to cut those sections of the roof off that are encroaching on the attic space anyways.

Define "Area". Projected or Surface?

Regarding how to cut those sections of roof: use an in-place void to do that.

...have you tried editing the sketch boundary of the Roof above the polygonal-sided Roof?  That plus Join Geometry might do the trick as well.   Might be easier too.

.. you can use Dormer Tool at the two A Frames. Or, make them one roof instead of two.
