Hi, I created a device schedule to identify manufacturer/model of various electronic devices using the Tag by Category function. However, I changed my mind about a few devices and don't want them tagged or in the schedule. Specifically, I have (3) different types of wall mounts tagged as WM1, WM2, WM3 but I'm going to just identify them in a detail vs. incorporating into a schedule on the larger plan views given their nature. Removing the tag text from the various plan views was easy enough but I can't seem to figure out to remove the corresponding row from the schedule as the relationship between the element and the tag still exists in Revit. I tried to delete the rows in the schedule with the tags I do not want to display but that then removes the elements form the model which I don't want. I'm assuming that I need to remove the tag associated from the actual element(s) vs. editing the schedule, but can't figure out how to remove a tag.
Thanks in advance for any assistance!
Filter Elements out of the Schedule via a rule-based filter under the Filter Tab of the Schedule.

BTW: there is no correlation between Tags and Schedules.

No, that's wrong. Tags pull information from the elements. You can remove a tag by deleting the element but deleting the tag does not remove the element. You need to edit the schedule as suggested.
