Hello All,
I have been working from home for the past 3 weeks. I turned on Revit, as I do everyday, and received a warning saying that I have only 3 days left to log on to the internet or I will be locked out until I do so. I use a VPN for my remote access and I am also currently logged in. Does anyone know how I can resolve this issue before the 3 days time runs out.

I am looking for a solution, but I gusss AWS is experiencing an issue at one of their data centers. Keep me posted if you find out more.
I have a similar problem, both on my home machine and the remote one at the office.
I am beginning to think this is an issue on the Autodesk side. I have another colleague working on it as well.
Hopefully we can come to a conclusion and get this issue resolved. Let's keep each other posted.
Yes the same thing with me. I see this Icon on the top of my Revit Window.
I started another post before I seen this.
This was just posted: AWS is experiencing an issue at one of their data centers, they are aware of and working on the issue, this issue is impacting multiple Autodesk Services & Applications. There is no ETA at the moment, we apologize for the inconvenience.
I'm having the same issue at my office, as well as two colleagues working from their respective homes. We're assuming it's an AutoDesk issue.
Most of our users are having the same issue as well. I talked with Autodesk in a chat support ticket, he went through the usual crap making sure it was nothing on our end, then he escalated the ticket. No word from him that they were having issues, but I don't doubt that it's on their side. Transparency with Autodesk doesn't seem to be a thing these days. Anyway, no word back on the new escalated ticket. So far we are on hour 2 of about 200 users not able to work in their Autodesk design software because of this.
My last check on at health.autodesk.com is still not showing anything new on this issue, so that's useful...but it looks like there is now a banner at the top of the forums about AWS being down.
...sure am glad we were forced to use Named User Licenses, I'm sure our network license server would be doing juuuuuust fine right about now.
I agree it is on the Autodesk side since I haven't had an issue until this morning. I though it was because of working from home, but I also worked from home for 4 months back in March and had no issues.
I am glad we are all having the same issue.
We are still able to open the models and work as normal, but I have instructed my teams to sync often.
I am also saving my files as usual, but am concerned that I won't be able to log in in 3 days.
Hopefully they have it resolved soon.
The Autodesk Health Dashboard just registered this Outage..

This is the first I have heard of for AutoCad. This must be a problem on the Autodesk side.
Thanks for letting me know.
Ours just seems to have come back online. I'm hearing reports of folks being able to login now.
So who's going to pay for our 3 hours of downed production time...Autodesk or Amazon? ![]()
Good luck with any financial retribution. I did not lose any production time, so I will be fine for the next 3 days unless they don't get it fixed on my end.
